Walk through Staging Consultation

Caroline is an award-winning stager who will gladly consult with the homeowner, the realtor or both. We do a complete assessment of the inside and outside of the home. Following this assessment we provide written recommendations for you to get your home in showing condition.

Hands on Staging

Unlike the redesign process, we change our focus from living in the home to selling the home, two completely different efforts. By rearranging furniture, paying attention to traffic flow and focal points, proper placement of flowers, art and accessories we can de-personalize and de-clutter rooms and emphasize the home’s best features. If needed, fresh new items, from rugs to greenery, can be added to bring a more updated feel to the home without you having to purchase these items.

We can even stage vacant homes, bringing in sofas, chairs, dining tables, pictures, lamps and decorative items. We will do all we can to create a warm and inviting feel to the house.

When should a home be staged?

It is best to stage your home as early as possible, preferably before any showings. Don't lose the opportunity to sell your home to the first potential buyer!

Staging charges run by the hour as square footage and the condition of homes vary so drastically, we can concentrate on one area or the entire house, whatever your budget allows.
